The filler can be placed nearly anywhere in the face! Typical areas are lips, jawlines, cheeks, and chin, or to replace volume in areas in the mid-face, around the mouth (nasolabial folds), pre-jowl region, or temples.

LIP FLIP

A lip flip uses a small amount of Botox to relax the muscles around the upper lip, it causes the upper lip to relax and roll slightly outwards, and appear fuller without actually adding volume to the lip itself. It can help reduce a gummy smile without being "too much."

We use several types of dermal filler at Beauteous Med Spa including Juvederm, Restylane, and Radiess which are hyaluronic acid fillers and other ingredients. Hyaluronic acid (HA) is the magic sugary, gel-like substance that is naturally produced by our bodies but is recreated in synthetic form to mimic our own bodies. It is the key to maintaining a hydrated, plump, and youthful appearance.

Dermal fillers typically last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. It can be dissolved or degraded using Hyaluronidase. We like to use this when adding new filler to create a fresh canvas to work from.
